JIREH Global Advisory & Execution ('JIREH', 'we') respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who contacts us, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly through the site's contact form: name, email, organisation, role (optional), country, phone (optional), area of interest, and the message you send.
How we use your data
We use your data to: (1) respond to your enquiry; (2) manage our business relationship with you, including interaction history (CRM); and (3) send marketing communications and updates from JIREH, only if you explicitly opt in when completing the form.
Legal basis
Processing of your data is based on your consent, given freely, in an informed manner and unambiguously when you submit the form, in accordance with LGPD Art. 7, I, and Art. 8.
Sharing with third parties
We use technology providers to operate the site and process your data — such as Sanity (content management) and Resend (email delivery) — which act as processors under our instructions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or until you request its deletion.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you have the right to: confirmation that processing exists, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymisation or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent, information about who we share your data with, and withdrawal of consent at any time.
